"It’s not far from Metro stops. Parking near the hotel is a bit of a challenge (out front are posted “No parking, etc.”) It’s a convenient location to WH & Smithsonian. No fridge in the room was kind of lame. The Nespresso machine was nice. Everything is very clean. And they hold bags for you for the day- nice perk . "

I paid about $91 at check-in, which I was aware of based on my Expedia reservation. But the additional $145 charged at checkout was never disclosed during the booking process. Greater transparency about fees would have made for a much better experience."

The real cherry on top was the service provided by Johnny on check-in. He was friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
