"The hotel is great. Situated close to the Metro. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room, bed and bathroom are clean and comfortable. "

"The property has many technology and their light fixtures is interesting. The problem is the room set up. It is a tiny space. The need is surrounded by wall in the sides and the person next to window can not get off the bed without crawling on top of the second person. It is probably ok for a single traveler. This is definitely not for a two person. The pictures are misleading and does not show the reality of the room and the staff was not helpful when on the second day I attempted to cancel the room and find an alternative. They said there will be no refund."

"The room was cleaned but still had water spots on the counters and faucet, dust on the cabinet and hair on the curtains. The construction that started at 5am (including weekends) was unbearable. The front desk does not answer the phone nor are they helpful in problem resolution. They offered to change my room, when I said yes that would be great they said sorry no room available. We had requested a price list of in room snacks multiple times but never received one. Horrible 3 nights. No sleep. Do not recommend. We were there with a wedding party and each guest had issues in some way with their stay."

"The nightly rate for this hotel was not cheap, even for a holiday weekend. The room was basic with no chairs to sit in at the table, only one chair at the desk. There were no hooks or racks in the shower to store your own personal toiletries. Not everyone wants to use the body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel. Also, the shower door would not stay closed. It would open continuously while the shower was running causing water to collect on the bathroom floor. All of the staff encountered, however, were very helpful and pleasant."

"I have some issues first day not ones pick up me and I need take a taxi in wrong station and secondary guest desk confused with chatter second late too I was ready to take a taxi want scrub me out but the driver staff the Sheraton bus very Nices and manager Natasha polite to me very Nices Thanks you and maid and lady and man in breakfast.."

"Mold spots. bathrooms have no vent fans. The garage was one of the most treacherous I’ve ever seen. Seat in the room had stains on it. Room had a smell like a moist locker room. The staff were nice but that’s the only attribute I can say about the place"
