"This hotel was a 5 plus star hotel. Great staff, Great room, nice, clean and quiet. Nice variety for breakfast. Shuttle van to and from airport every 30 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night.
We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore.
One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused about how to enter the building. Figured it out, but explicit directions would be helpful.
FYI there is paid parking for guests in the attached parking garage by hour.

"The suites were perfect, comfortable and clean. We were able to speak directly with the GM Wanda who happened to be on site. We were treated and Greeted just like we were part of the Hyatt family. The hospitality was amazing. The continental breakfast was very feeling and one of the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. We had a full gym where we were able to work out and enjoy karaoke right after this was one of the best stays ever."
