"Great little spot in a safe feeling neighborhood. It even had basically a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, stove top and pots and pans. It was quiet (as quiet as NYC gets, anyway) but still convenient and the building and room were lovely. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again. "

"I have gone to New York City 9 times. Most recently, I have gone every summer for the past 3 years. This hotel was the best of the 3! And we booked the room with the balcony which was amazing! I will recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"A novel experience that serves as preview for a Japanese capsule motel! While the only food would be in vending machines, it was a pleasant and affordable way to lodge in the city. The size of the sleeper cabins encourages one to be on the city streets more than idling in their room. Perfect, as that's that I should be doing anyway! But lest this sound like an uncharitable review, I want to say that I had a good sleep each night, even with the open ceilings, and the bathroom and showers were a pleasure to use. They didn't skimp on the toiletries. Is it a luxury hotel with full service? No, nor does it claim to be. Is it a safe and secure place to sleep and get freshened up for the next day? Absolutely. Will strongly consider in the future."

"Stayed at Ink 48 while in town for my wife's birthday. The service was excellent from the doormen, bellhop, cleaners and front desk. The hotel is in great condition and has a roof top patio and lounge that gives you a 360 view of the city and the incredible sunsets. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC, the location is perfect for getting around town. "
