"The host was so very nice, and was very accommodating since we had to check in after hours. It was so nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. The room was a great size and the bathroom was very large. It was a very nice homemade breakfast. Only 1/2 a block to a small Konzoom for groceries. In a quiet neighborhood. There is a bar next door, but we did not find it distracting. Pula is quite hilly. So depending on where you arrive from, and if you have large or multiple pieces of luggage you might want to taxi or uber to the property. It has a nice patio area and the whole property is very well kept both on the outside and inside. Be prepared in most of Europe for firm matresses. This was our 4th stay from Italy to Croatia and that seems to be the standard."

"Working air condition, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed in a really comfortable package. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were soft but firm. The shutters ensured privacy and blocked out light. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. The locking system was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the amphitheatre. We loved it and would definitely recommend it. "

Not only this, but we were able to check in early, the room was kept clean, and to top it off our room had the balcony by the arch! "The hotel is located up a short stone staircase. The staff is courteous and helpful. Although there is no elevator, the gentleman at the desk carried all of our luggage up stairs. The building is on the historic district and close to all of Pula attractions."

"The cleanest hostel I've ever seen. The cleaning person spent one full hour cleaning the common area, bathrooms were spotless, never seen anything like this! We stayed as a family with young children, and often we cannot stay in hostels anymore because of that, but they were extremely welcoming and we felt nothing but safe and cared for."
