"Unless you are staying here for a cruise or an overnight emergency, I would not recommend this hotel. My sisters and I stayed for 3 nights, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Our tub drain was clogged, and it took two calls and two visits to the front desk over two days for someone to come. He said it was fixed, but the issue continued. At the front desk, you are often ignored while staff talk among themselves. No one acknowledges you unless you speak up or stand there waiting. At check-in, we were given no information about elevator locations, breakfast or restaurant details, or that the snack kiosk closes at night. The pool was still closed, even though I received an email saying it would be open after April 30. The pool also looks nothing like the photos online. The room doors are poorly sealed you can see into the hallway through the gaps, and noise carries easily. You hear doors slamming and full conversations as if people are inside your room. Check-out was just as frustrating. The parking gate had no attendant, and the machine was damaged. We couldn’t figure out how to exit and had to go back to the front desk, where we were told to press a “broken” call button a certain way to be let out. Apparently, it has been broken for months. This should have been explained at check-out. Never again."

"Very reasonable price for single night prior to cruise. Very basic, clean room and included breakfast. Was quite busy and breakfast area seating was limited. We arrived at airport very close to shuttle pick up cutoff however were accommodating. Also assisted with transportation the next morning."

"To start off the website was a bit misleading. It stated hot breakfast thats why I chose this place. But one we got there you had to pay an extra $12. Many people stay here before going on a cruise. So to come to this property and not have an elevator is not good. It was several elderly people upset about this and we all shared the concern. Luckily my mom was able to get a room downstairs. I would not recommend this property. Especially for someone who is disabled. No one to help you get your luggage to the second floor "
