"The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and accomodating, always working to please. Beach is down the street and has a public beach so we didnt need to rent chairs and umbrella. We rented a car and were able to park it at the hotel. Taxi to city center is 15 euros and there is also a bus that stops in front of hotel and costs 1.50 euro. Breakfast at the hotel is plentiful. For dinner there are also nearby restaurants with delicious food and reasonable pricing (Piato was a favorite). The corner shop has everything you might need and is not a rip off ( large bottle of water .70 cents). There also a Lidl within 5 minute walk. It was great to be just outside the city and avoid crowds but close enough to go to city center within 10 minnutes. We will stay here again when we return to Chania."

"This was the most incredible hotel stay I’ve ever had! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel, accompanied by a tour of the amenities. The spa and beachside food and drinks were great. The checkout process was a breeze, and the valet service was prompt throughout our stay. The signature scent throughout the property added to the overall ambiance. Our suite was elegantly appointed with two levels, each featuring a balcony. There’s a relaxing whirlpool tub where we could enjoy the sea view from the upper level. The resort’s compact size made it easy to navigate between different areas. The beach was minutes from our door with plenty of beachside loungers to relax on. The pools were cool but refreshing in mid-May. We also enjoyed massages and the steam room/sauna. In addition to the onsite restaurant, there are also nearby hotels and restaurants that you can easily walk to. I can’t wait to explore other Domes Resorts in the future!"

"Excellent location within a few minutes walking distance to the Venetian Port. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is that they have parking available and are so close to the area that can primarily be accessed on foot. The breakfast had a lot of Cretan food so it was a good introduction before venturing out. The shared outdoor and indoor sitting areas are very welcoming. The staff, including the valets, the front desk and the restaurant area, were super helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again if I find myself in Chania."

"The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a low key and relaxing vibe to the resort. The facilities are first class. There can be a language barrier at times but just stay with it and you will get your point across. The buffet restaurant offers many choices and the quality is very good. The beach is on-site and the chairs and umbrellas are included. The area around the resort has limited restaurants, but Chania Harbor and Old Town are a short drive away, where there are numerous dining options, as well as some nice sights to see. There is a swim up bar, as well as a larger pool and hot tub area. The exterior seating of the Main Bar has an excellent view of the setting sun and is a fun place to grab a cocktail, with attentive servers. The on-site restaurants are small and offer limited seating, so make your reservations as soon as you arrive."

"Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full. The customer service is excellent too, with special thanks to Georgia the manager who made my and my mum’s stay very special. She is an asset to the hotel."
