"I loved this hotel, it had fantastic amenities, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was walking distance to an underground station that got you into the city centre in a matter of minutes. It was great being in a not so touristy area but having easy access to anywhere in the city. The lobby restaurant was also great with wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again! "

"I went with my family with 2 under 5 kids and as we all know how messy with kids but every day room was cleaned and tide when i come back in room i always get clean room i am so happy with my stay even they clean my utensils that left in sink i can recommend this place whenever i visit Austria i will book living hotel without any hesitation ❤️"

"This property is absolutely charming, kitsch in all the best ways and littered with retro style decor and artwork. It's surprisingly clean given it's proximity to the well traveled Prater (within walking distance from the entrance/exit). The food and coffee options were excellent. Not to mention the the presence of eco-friendly products both in-room and around the common area. Our only two minor improvement suggestions would be: 1 - to provide A/C in the lobby, which on a sweltering day in August, would offer some relief when checking in, returning to the hotel, hanging out having a drink, etc. and 2 - replace toilet seats that have been damaged. The one in our room was a little beat up. In a hotel that clearly pays attention to detail, they missed this. All-in-all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit this property again."

"We had a great stay. Away from the hustle of the city, quiet and safe but right on the Prater which the kids loved. Very close to the underground for convenient travel. Only a few stops into the city. Rooms were good, air con worked well in the heatwave, shower was great and the soundproofing blocked all noise from the funfair outside and other rooms. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, did get busy though if you want to eat it later. Would definitely stay here again and in this area."

"Very good option for a weekend city break if peace and quiet is your objective. Spa/gym facilities are great. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Tasty breakfast options. Very close to parkland for an evening stroll and only a quick taxi trip to the action in downtown Vienna. "

"The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works. Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night before through a QR code. There is no house keeping if you don't request it with the purpose of being "green." I hope this was a one off experience but I had dropped and broke my makeup compact that morning and it made a mess in the bathroom. I was rushing out so I figured I'd go to the front desk and quickly request the cleaning. Both ladies at the front pestered me for the QR code request and insisted I needed to make the request through the QR code 24 hours before. I had to almost argue and explain I needed the cleaning that day. I never thought it would be that difficult to request day-of house keeping at a hotel. Mind you it was 8am and I didn't care if they came at 3pm. They finally agreed and it was done. Aside from that, everything was great. "
