We enjoyed the interconnecting rooms that we had. Staff responded promptly when we requested to have two single beds in the other room. We enjoyed the coffee/tea making facility that they have at the lobby. The laundry facilities served us well. We felt safe in the area. Kagran metro station and Westfield shopping mall is directly opposite the property.

Great apartment; super clean; enough tools to cook properly. The building is across the street from the metro station allowing us to grt downtown in 15 minutes. There is a grocery store at the bottom of the building which is also very convenient. The rooftop terrace has a great view. Overall, amazing and convenient place to stay.

The property was great! Nice friendly staff. Located in convenient place. It has Spar shop below. 5minute walk away you have the U-Bahn which was easy to use to get into central Vienna. You also had Westfield Mall again a short distance, which has great dining facilities.

Tolles Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gründlich. Das Personal jedoch etwas weniger professionell, konnten kaum Deutsch nur englisch. This is a very unique oasis for both the long-term and short term traveler. Their emphasis on being low footprint and thinking of the environment in how they do things is very much noticed and appreciated. Loved being v able v to do my laundry after 2 weeks of travel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A few things: It was warm weather out and the air conditioning in the fitness area was not working thus I was unable to use it. The breakfast for purchase was good but overpriced. Thank you!

This hotel was recently established and features very clean and modern facilities. It is located within a town that includes several office buildings and ten commercial buildings. Unfortunately, however, the check-in process was not yet well-established. I drove there and used Google Maps to locate the hotel, but because it indicated the hotel as being across from the tram stop, I ended up circling the town twice to find the parking lot and reception. After parking in a corner of the town, I looked for the hotel. Although I was told the building was number 7, I couldn't find the entrance even after circling the ground floor once. When I asked someone nearby, they told me I had to take the elevator up one more floor. Later, I realized that while there was a sign in one part of the town indicating to go up one floor, it was designed solely for pedestrians, making it impossible for someone with a car to find. I realized later that you have to go down to the shopping center basement, park in Building 7, take the elevator, and get off at the reception to reach the front desk. How is a first-time visitor supposed to know this? I recommend the hotel promptly erecting signs in various locations, labeling the parking lot entrance as the "Hotel Entrance," and updating the directions on Google Maps. It took me nearly 40 minutes just to check in with three bags and parking. The hotel is spacious, the living room is large, and the facilities are truly excellent.
