Will not recommend
To start with, booking was not recognized and it was a lot of delay in confirming my 3 rooms. Also, I needed to remind them that all 3 rooms are with paid breakfast- which they confirmed. No hot water even after series of request, it seems they have a fixed time when the start the water heating system. The bathroom drainage was choked all the water came outside - was terrible. Overall very disappointing experience, and was feeling sorry for my family members who relied on me for this stay

I felt just like a good resort here in va beach. There was a marriage function and the hotel was decorated so nice. It was a good pick as I expected.

Good property
You give choice of City view or Resort View and charge extra for resort, but the hotel people are not so clear about this option at all so please remove that.

nice hotel, away from center of town
good stay, clean and efficient, quiet. Nice and far away from the maddening crowds. nothing but rice fields surrounding it, and song birds in the morning. very restful.

Great Potential, Unfulfilled
The hotel offers splashy marketing materials, portraying itself as a modern oasis. We visited during the off-season, and we found that the reality is not as advertised. I'll start with the arrival. The hotel is located at the end of an unpaved road. More accurately, a rocky road. The hotel's owners would be wise to finance the completion of a paved road to their property. We used Expedia to reserve and prepay our booking. We paid for two rooms, each at a two-person rate, as we had a total of four guests. A glitch on Expedia caused the booking to say that we only had one person per room. However, it was clearly marked that we had paid a two-person rate. Noticing this discrepancy weeks in advance, we had Expedia reach out to the hotel to confirm the booking. Expedia even provided me with a letter, stating the hotel acknowledged that we had paid using a two-person rate. At check-in, the staff stalled the process. They argued that the booking only said one person per room, therefore we were obligated to pay an extra fee for a second person in each room. We disagreed, and produced the letter from Expedia. Even after that, it took a half hour for them to process our check-in. There were no other guests checking in at the time. This appeared to be a deliberate attempt to convince us to just pay the money, and get on with it. We did not. Eventually, we were handed our keys.
There were dead insects on this bed.
There was no hot water, unless the air conditioning was turned off.

Locals hate the service too
Based on bad reviews (distance, food quality, service issues) from knowledgeable locals who live in the area, we opted to forfeit our non-refundable deposit than risk staying in this new hotel. No doubt, the hotel is much further out from the Bodhgaya Temple complex area -- there are so many better situated hotel options. Plus the newness of the hotel was a big negative as the kinks may have yet to be worked out. Once again, ratings provided are judgmental, based on what we have been told since we did NOT stay at the hotel. My apologies but just wanted to make other prospective guests aware about what locals say before booking!

Dear Mr Hemant Sorry to respond you so late as there was very limited access the extra-net facilities of expedia with us till previous date. Now you were very correct in saying that you never stayed at this hotel, but based on what people say how can you make this kind of judgement. I am extremely sorry for you, but usually we do not judge by others viewpoint and so to do the ratings in this way is just a means to degrade the hotel standards intentionally which is unacceptable from your end. In fact you have intentionally made it very clear that you don't want someone visit this hotel and feel the freshness and goodness of the place without actually being or experiencing with your ownself. No a great thing on your part.

Worst Experience in Gaya for family
The whole experience was terrible from this hotel as the hotel is far away from the main road and road to the hotel is not lighted up in the night and feels unsafe. The hotel staff is not friendly and unable to assist. The room did not have water supply and buckets of water was provided to do daily activities which was very inconvenient as travelling with aged parents. Hotel electricity was not available constantly for many hours and there is no backup generator. Many rooms were empty. There is no wifi as stated and bring your own 3G to survive. It is far away from main market or temples. Transport is very difficult to find and it has to be booked earlier else have to wait for many hours or pay exorbitant charges for short distance. Rooms are not clear and wouldn't recommend this hotel for any period of stay. Vacated hotel within 24 hours as it was unsafe to exit at the evening itself due to riots in nearby areas.
