"The location is a short 4 minutes walk to the beach , the owner and staff were very nice, the sitting area outside the restaurant is dirty and full of sugar et butts , the lobby and breakfast area was clean , the room was ok, the curtain was dirty and torn , the hardware on the balcony door was broken and came loose, the bathroom was really dirty , mold was every where on the bottom of the shower wall and floor , the shower enclosure was dirty , there is in adequate room to sit down on the...

"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "
