Wonderful hotel
Great for a weekend break. Hotel was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and it’s close to local amenities. Vincent in particular was very helpful and his local knowledge was brilliant!

Sophisticated Hotel
Stunning hotel, very near to the train station and UN attraction. You get free travel but I was only told about this when I arrived. It would have been useful to have at the airport. The hotel is modern and the staff are polite and very helpful. The only downside was the bathroom decore. It was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. I will stay here again.

Great hotle have stayed here in the past, attentive, excellent staff - no one advised us the restaurant was closed before we booked as this is a remote location

A little disapointing
Our Stay well we were excited to visit Geneve for the first time and looking forward to our stay. Our room was ok apart from the bathroom which was pretty tired and dated. At night it was noisy due to every time the elevator arrived at our floor it would play a tune which disturbed our sleep. Breakfast the food was ok , but it was chaos with the staff ,orderd poached eggs and it took over 30mins to arrived had to ask the staff to many times. The pool area was nice and welcoming. Would not book again as it was not value for money !

The hotel is great, However I could not take any nap, whenever I try to take one they would “open the door” even though i had the sign “please don’t disturb” on the door Honestly not sure why they would try to open the door at all, that was the worst part of the stay

Request of a “guarantee” of 100% at the check-in (so a payment in advance) and problem with the respect of use of the mask at the breakfast buffet during the pandemic (many customers do not use the mask while serving itself at the buffet)

300 Swiss franks. Hard uncomfortable mattress, probably the worst I’ve slept on. View over a huge parking field, nothing else (even from 10th floor). You hear the road parallel to it. Room right by the lift and you hear it, small room, no kettle. Why they didn’t give me a better room while the hotel was nearly completely empty? Pool closed most of the year. In the bar I had to search for the waitress twice, then a waiter replaced her but was making familiar comments on my appearance. Odd experience.

Honestly, just an "OK" hotel - there are a lot nicer places you can stay in Geneve, and hotels of similar quality can likely be found for less cost. Had a very unfortunate experience at the pool, where I was turned away and told there was no room for me (despite a number of vacant lounge chairs visible - suppose maybe I didn't look the part?) - which seems quite strange, as a guest of the hotel that I would be barred from using the facilities for no apparent reason. The rude staff left quite a poor taste in my mouth (quite honestly, I left the pool area feeling humiliated and dejected!), I would not stay here again. The hotel is also not in walking distance of restaurants, shops, etc.
