Initially, the experience was terrible. Check in was a nightmare. The room wrong and was dirty- literally trash. The light on the wall broke off when I tried to turn it on. There was a roach on the window.
Went back down to the lobby and finally found someone to talk to. They put us in a different tower with a newer, clean room. Even in the new room- the phone was broken and the toiletries were empty. Definitely not the Las Vegas experience we were looking for or expected. We will not be staying at the Paris again.

Room smelled terrible!! 2 days in a row no one came to clean our room and had to call guest services. The room was quiet so that was a positive.
