"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

I had an issue with my payment on check out and Hakan kindly assist me with my problem!!it was very stressful morning for me but he made sure that everything goes well!! "The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private...
