"Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. Cochem is a gem and a must visit when in Germany. Coffe shops, cafes and live music. Great time had by all."

"Initially three of us staying overnight and great to be able to get one room with 3 single beds. Friendly staff and when I had to amend the booking at short notice I had a call from the hotel to confirm that they could rejig the booking "
