"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

"This Omni Property was an excellent choice for my weekend stay in Austin, Texas. The staff and valet were exceptional and helpful. Everything was very neat and clean. The restaurants within the property did not disappoint. Also, the location of the property being 2 blocks away from 6th street and other local staples made Omni a perfect choice for my stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable but the check in process and parking is an absolute MESS! They do not offer any sort of parking for hotel guest besides a day pass of $49.95 per day or you can do by the 20 mins in the garage and street parking. Upon check in I had an issue come up with my payment and the desk was not kind or understanding at all and was very rude. Breakfast was decent for the vouchers i purchased ahead of time but other than a clean room and good breakfast I truly don’t know if i would stay here again because of the parking and the staff being rude."
