"Booked two double beds that sleeps 4. In the bathroom we received two hand towels, 3 bath towels, 2 face cloths. The Keurig coffee machine had one cup and one coffee pod. The lighting in the room was dark, the floor lamp had no bulb. We asked about ice - ground floor ice machine was not working/broken and we had to go to second floor Restaurant was just a bar. 75% of the menu items were out of stock. The only thing available for dinner was hamburgers and chicken wings We ate dinner at the Indian restaurant next door and the food was amazing. Back to the hotel - For breakfast the only items available was scrambled eggs, hash browns, 2 pieces of toast & sausage or bacon- that’s in, no printed menu. Really NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. We stayed at several Sheraton locations but this Four Points Memphis Southwind was appalling."

"We were in Room 324 at the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis, Tennessee. There was no internet access during our 2 day stay. Simply not acceptable and feel it's basically false advertising. The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of my stays at Holiday Inn Express or IHG properties. Pancakes were doughy and basically uncooked. There was a parked car outside my room window and it was full of trash. It remained in the parking lot throughout our stay and remained there when we left. The outside door that provided access to the electrical panels was unlocked and opened. A total breech of security and safety for the employees as well as the guests. TV did not work during half of our stay and continued to go in and out. A very say representation of Holiday Inn Express hotels. We were there for 2 days and no one ever entered the room to clean, empty trash, make the bed or provide fresh towels. The microwave plate would not rotate and it had to be removed to warm coffee. Glass shower doors were very difficult to open and close. A sad representation resulting in our decision to never stay at a Holiday Express Motel in during our future travels or vacations."

"We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat."

"Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see."
