"I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The place appears to be managed by the Wat Hotel next door but without access to the Wat’s facilities. The walls between the rooms were such that one could plainly hear conversations next door. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing."

"This place is fantastic. A close walk to the train station- convenient walk to everything and the place is great. Large, comfortable, really well appointed and immaculately clean. Everyone loved it.
