"Amazing hotel to stay at. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The onsen was delightful and the proximity to the train station made it easy to get to. But also was still very close to other spots. Food at restaurant waa also delicious. Each floor also focuses on a local craft or artesian skill thay then is also featured in the rooms. Love it. "

"Quiet and older onsen by the river and train tracks in Gero onsen town. A shuttle service is providing certain hours, but we opted to walk to the resort from the train station. After a hot bath I recommend having a nice cold milk from the vending machines. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was fun to try the dinner/breakfast. Some instructions and info on how and what we were eating would have been nice but not knowing is a fun part of that experience! Thank you for having us!"
