"Very poor, overall. We had no housekeeping at all for the three nights/four days when we were there (despite leaving the light on asking for room to be cleaned) - at the end of the third night when I called reception to request new towels cups, glasses and water - someone left a bag into the room, and didn’t clear any of the old towels and cups away. Grubby. Breakfast was chaotic. Lovely staff, but inexperienced and lacking a guiding hand and management. The heavy metal side panel of the bath in our bathroom was hanging off and almost fell on my foot. In fairness, that was repaired pretty much straight away when I reported it. The hotel is in a great location but it’s getting the most basic things wrong……very expensive for what ot turned out to be."

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "
