Stayed in a studio apartment, enjoyed the extra space and the bathroom/kitchen. Property was clean and spacious. Property manager was available and helpful. Studio was facing on to the Main Street, so did experience some outdoor noise and noise from the floor above us. The king bed was actually two twin mattresses, one side was comfortable but the other side was not (hopefully they will replace it).

Fabulous 2 bedroom deluxe apartment that was extremely spacious with a large kitchen and living room, and spacious bedrooms (1 with separate twin beds). Slightly worn down but minimally noticeable and overall finishing and condition of the apartment was excellent. Great hot water and 2 bathrooms were very useful. Washer was great (dryer was minimally effective). Fantastic quiet and safe location in an upscale area. 5 min walk to tube station as well as a small shopping centre with a great grocery store (Waitrose) and Boots. Easy ride to Heathrow on Piccadilly line. Would stay again with our family with 2 children and highly recommend.

Amazing hotel close to everything

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in while visiting London for several days. It's located in a very nice part of the city, close to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is a great bonus. The price is a bit high, but I believe it's worth it.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a bit small but that's probably like most places in England. Also it was very convenient with a tube station 1-2 mins walk from the place. Staff was very friendly, definitely recommend!

Great Hotel in London

This was our first time in London. The hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clothes washer in room was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Highly recommend this place! Nice location, close to tube station Gloucester Road. I stayed in a Deluxe One bedroom Apartment, 58m2, ground floor. Fantastic apartment with a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and nice bathroom with bathtub. You control the temperature in the apartment yourself. The service is top notch and I would love to come again. Everything was fab.

Our family of 4 just stayed 6 night's and can honestly say it was fantastic. The apartment was clean and spacious. It wad everything we could need. Dimitris at reception was great. We had a basement apartment but there was plenty of light. There is a patio, it wasn't kept clean nor was it inviting but that's a small detail. The area is great and it's a short walk to the Underground. We would definitely return and I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay there.

Location 👍

Location is about as good as you could want. Next to the Gloucester road station which has 3 different tube lines running through it. Safe and plenty of food around. The biggest downside is that the place is clean but really not clean. When you look around everything just seems really used. It’s not the clean crews fault it’s that the place needs new paint and some new furniture.

Needs an update

The room was adequate, but would definitely benefit from an update. The TV's were not Smart TV - therefore streaming was not possible. The couch in the living area was a sectional that wasn't attached together - it kept sliding apart and was very uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were on the larger side, which was nice. Being on the 4th floor, it was quiet.

10th – 18th August 2023 London, The UK Ashburn Court Apartments, London I am going to put down random thoughts / comments as they spring up: - check in was smooth, greeted by a friendly male staff - It is at a convenient location to public transport --- less than 5 mins walk to Gloucester Road tube station, bus #49 direct to White City where the big mall “Westfield “is - a rather spacious room albeit not impressive, more like a well-used shared dorm - their website says they have a lift but this lift is a problem because it is not accessible to each and every floor but at alternate floors, so if your room is in between where the lift door opens, then you will need to haul the suitcases either up or down the narrow flight of stairs, which could be strenuous and inconvenient, especially for people with leg problems or mobility problems. This lift is also super small and only fits at most one person with two suitcases - We were assigned room 103 so either we got out on 2/F and walked down or out on 1/F and walked up --- that is the concept of their so-called ‘ lift ‘ - room was clean and neat at first glance but as we stayed longer (for 8 nights) we slowly noticed the ‘not-so-clean’ areas scattered esp. if we looked closely - housekeeping confined to thrice a week including changing bedding towels, and clearing bins - there is this big tall silver commercial use refuse bin in the corner, fairly close to the bed; such a layout immediately & totally tells you this is

Ashburn Court was a fabulous stay. We love the area and know it well - the apartment is located brilliantly for the tube, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment we stayed in was huge and was well equipped. The heating took a while to get used to but otherwise we would not hesitate to stay there again. The front desk were absolutely superb and went above and beyond to help us. They were polite, friendly and informative - excellent and a credit to the company. A fabulous stay for us.
