Mulberry House was an excellent option for us. We loved having the kitchen and living room to cook and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic - very walkable, easy access to restaurants, the Underground, grocery stores and parks. Staff were responsive and helpful. If we return to London, we would absolutely stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location, quiet, safe and easy access to attractions and restaurants. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion I would make is that we were a group of 6 but 2 people had to sleep on the pullout couch which was not comfortable. Perhaps it is fitting more for 4 people. Great communication from the property managers and checkin and checkout very smooth. Thanks for making our London trip so wonderful! Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mulberry House. It was very comfortable for me and my son. My flat was cozy but there was some peeling paint and condensation which could use some scraping and repainting. Also, the tub is extremely steep and may pose an issue for persons with mobility issues. The property manager was very accommodating and allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The apartment furniture and appliances were very nice and the location was very close to the Farringdon Train station. I rate this property 9 out of 10.

The location is good. Unfortunately, the communication is absolutely terrible. I was given an incorrect entry code for the unit in the instructions messaged to me, and did not gain access until after an hour and a half of trying to get in touch with someone who had a code that actually worked (they had to give me and have me try no less than three other codes AND the second person I spoke with, who hung up on me more than once, was the epitome of rude at best). This was an extra concern given that I was with my father and 82 yr old grandmother and we had just arrived from the US. The other large, and perhaps biggest issue, was that when I booked, the south penthouse was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, IT DOES NOT. It appears to have been corrected on Expedia, but it still shows as having two bathrooms on hotels.com. It's a relatively nice place, although there are some maintenance issues such as water damage, that might be concerning if you have a severe mold allergy. Had the host been honest or at minimum accommodating to offset their mistake, perhaps I would have actually stayed at the facility. I booked my family and I different accommodations,as after the debacle that was check-in, coupled with the false advertising, I didn’t trust this place. I have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've ever walked away from a booking that was "non-refundable" and chosen to stay elsewhe. If you get a room as advertised it's probably a decent place to stay.

Location and surrounding is decent where it is 7mins walk. Overall, the unit that I have booked is at level 4 south unit where there are catered for 5 pax with 1 toilet only which is challenging for 5 pax. Feedback of the unit needs to be checked to ensure it is working condition such as faulty lamp in the living room and water leaking in the living room near the window due to raining. Biggest frustration is only mode of communication is through messaging and can you imagine I need to purchase my own toilet paper as there is no physical personnel around for help. Another incident is the alarm triggered in the night as not sure what was the triggered. Ended up, I went down to the alarm panel to do my own reset. I would expect some in-charged personnel to attend whenever help or alarm is triggered. In summary, lack of physical personnel onsite is the biggest concern to all issue raised.

So terrible!

Overall, highly not recommended! First of all, there was no one to help us in the contact section. Although there was contact information, we gave the wrong password to the apartment and still couldn't solve it after calling. In the end, we had to rely on ourselves to solve the problem. Next, many things inside the house were damaged. The towel heater in the master bedroom bathroom was broken. The elevator was broken for 5 nights after staying for 6 nights. I sent the same message but no one came to help repair it. Therefore, I do not recommend this apartment, except for the hardware. Outside of the equipment, the contact department is completely unable to assist. Please consider booking with this company carefully, you will regret it! 整體而言，非常不推薦！首先，在聯絡部分完全沒有人可以協助我們，雖然有聯絡資訊，但給公寓錯密碼，打過去仍然無法解決，最後是靠著自己才解決。再來，房子內部很多東西損壞，主臥浴室毛巾暖氣壞掉，電梯住了6晚，壞掉了5晚，一樣傳訊息根本都沒有人來協助修理，所以非常不推薦這家公寓，除了硬體設備外，聯絡部分完全無法協助，請警慎考慮訂這家，你會後悔！

Four adults stayed at this property July 2022 on the 4th floor. The pictures on the website were accurate and represent various units. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was hot during this time, but there were several fans. The fans were helpful, but we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat. It was noisy due to street traffic and early morning workers in the area. Our unit had two bedrooms with comfortable, queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. There were two bathrooms. Both had a full shower. One had a tub and shower. There are gems like a dishwasher, washer/dryer combined unit. There is a toaster, microwave, and a full complement of pots, dishware, and utensils. There was also a clothing rack to hang clothes. Unfortunately, the washer dryer unit took an extremely long time to wash and dry clothing. It was more efficient to wash the clothing and hang them on the clothing rack. We took full advantage of the stove and refrigerator. We cooked breakfast and occasionally dinner. It was a home away from home. Everyone in our travel party was quite comfortable. Also, there is access to an underground (tube) station and a bus stop nearby. The property owner must fix the elevator as it was challenging to bring luggage up several flights of stairs. It was difficult for 2 members of our group as they both have medical conditions that made taking the stairs each day very challenging. We were not the only ones who struggled to do so.7.5/10. 9/10 if the elevator works.

Rigtig fin lejlighed som.passede fint til vores behov. Dog var sengen i det store værelse meget dårlig. Skæv og man kunne mærke fjedrene. Desuden var puderne nærmest uden fyld og ikke så godt med dobbeltdyner i 25 graders varme. Køkken og stue superfint, samt fine badeværelser. Fint internet og perfekt ift transport tol og fra byen og især med den direkte forbindelse til og fra Heathrow

Habíamos reservado esta propiedad y no nos enviaban los detalles para el ingreso. El día que entrabamos estuvimos enviando mensajes y llamando a la propiedad y nadie nos contestaba. Llegamos, asumiendo que en el camino ibamos a recibir respuesta y nada. Al final Hoteles.com tuvo que buscarnos una alternativa para reubicarnos, pero esta gente del Mulberry House me pareció súper irresponsable y nos hizo perder todo el día. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, gracias a Dios al final nos fu mucho mejor porque nos reubicaron en una propiedad súper bonita y súper bien ubicada.

1.위치 히드로 공항에서 엘리자베스 라인을 타면 한번에 패링던 역에 도착합니다. 역에서 나와 10분 정도 걸어가면 보라색의 현관문을 만나게 됩니다. 찾기도 아주 쉬웠습니다. 2.내부 사이트에 나와있는 사진과 거의 같습니다. 침실 2개에 화장실 2개. 조리용품이 구비되어 있는 부엌과 거실 그리고 6인용 식탁까지. 아파트먼트 그 자체였습니다. 청소도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 욕실의 수압도 아주 좋았구요. 겨울이라 라디에이터를 켰는데 금방 따뜻해져서 전혀 춥지 않았습니다. 난방도 좋았고 이중창문이라 방음도 잘 되었습니다. 침대랑 베개도 아주 편했습니다. 수건도 5일 동안 쓸만큼 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 3.교통 가까운 곳에 버스 정류장도 있고 패링던 역도 10분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 시내에서 그리 멀지 않은 곳이라 다니는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 4.마트 테스코 익스프레스와 세인즈베리가 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 먹을거리들을 잔뜩 사서 호텔에서 만들어 먹었습니다. 물론, 펍이나 패스트푸드점도 근처에 있습니다. 5.치안 저녁에 다닐때도 조용하고 괜찮았습니다. 너무 늦게 다니지는 않아서 잘 모르겠지만, 전반적으로 안전했습니다. 6.전체적으로 아주 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 4인 가족이 머물기에는 더할나위 없는 숙소입니다. 다음에 런던에 오게 되면 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.

Nice place, great location, beautiful view, but no air con, - and with south facing windows it was very very hot. Advertized as 2 bathrooms, yet there was only one. We managed just fine. Beds are quite firm which can be a plus or minus. 4th floor, and the elevator didn't work on one day, so be prepared for that possibility. Still, all in all a lovely stay.

Spacious, clean & modern apartment

Mulberry House is situated in Clerkenwell not far from Farringdon Station and close to restaurants & cafes. The apartment was a perfect size for 3 adults as it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large open space lounge/kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and modern. Highly recommend.
