"Das zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider ist es in einem Haus ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gelegen, so dass man einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen muss. Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch. "

I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise.
