They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"Absence of listed sauna was the 1st disappointment. The pool did make up for some, but not quite. The 1st assigned room didn't have a lockable bathroom door, shower head holder & a shower partition. Also, a lack of any English language TV channels was really annoying & disappointing for a month-long stay."

"The room was kept extremely clean. We did not have breakfast, it seemed too expensive. We did not ski, as we were there to visit the Sanctuary only. The staff didnt really see any only when we checked in and out. The lift was only for 2 people. There was No fridge, difficult to store food and drink. No milk for making tea or coffee. Nice garden and pool for summer use. "
