"Clean/quiet rooms, a spacious bathroom, quick check in, and easy netflix access were the highlights for my family. A few other nice additions were complimentary water and basic toiletries. The hotel is in a really active neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants, karaoke rooms, bars, arcades, and more."
"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. They even showed me how to use the washing machine that was all Korean language. They went out of their way.
