"Great hotel in a busy area. All you need nearby with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The free beach club is great. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet gave a good variety of options. All staff were friendly and efficient and always willing to assist. The lobby bar would benefit from being an adult only area in the evening. Too many children at 9pm to make it appealing for a couple wanting a quiet nightcap. Maybe more chairs elsewhere in the lobby or a bar on level 7 where families could have their own separate space. "

I cannot thank the staff at breakfast enough for the fuss they made of him on the last day. "Kettle had mould and stank. Bedroom curtains didnt were broken so we couldn't close them. Then the tv wasnt working. The ac wasnt working either. The staff responded but they were busy so took to come long on each instance. Disaster. We slept terribly on account of ac being broken. Pillows stank. "
