Only problem was bedbugs in one of the beds in our room. My wife is covered in bites. I found and killed 2 of the critters, but too late. Neel at the desk/breakfast is a gem with a memorable smile

The hotel is well licated in the city centre, lots of eating options close by. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only challenge was front steps as they are steep to get up when caring ypur suitcase.

Location is right in the centre of the city. Perfect to visit all the important and beautiful spots. Unfortunately the room was not in a good condition and the stairwell had a musty smell. Anyways a good Hotel for a short city trip.

Shabby but affordable, clean and central

The hotel has seen better days, but the room was large and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Can’t beat the price for central Ghent.

The best part about this hotel other than the location is the staff. The woman who checked me in remembered me and called me by name every time I left or reentered the hotel for several days; very hospitable.
