"Unfortunately room 626 have no AC. The bathroom ceiling fan don’t work. Also ridiculous to charge for parking. Staff were awesome! Hotel overall is convenient location and comfortable. "

"The room was clean and access to the beach was easy but I would never stay here again. First of all I booked this location because of the rooftop pool and it was closed for renovation however, I was never informed of this while booking and I specifically asked the front desk about the pool and they never mentioned it was closed. They just told me what floor it was on. I arrived at 11:40 AM and asked to check in and be notified when the room was ready and they told me that they do not do that. They were not friendly and acted like my request was something abnormal. I stay at Hilton‘s very often and always check in early and receive a text and digital key when the room is ready. They acted like this was all new to them and they had never heard of it. Went to the bar around 4 PM for a drink and sat there for 18 minutes waiting for eye contact from either of the bartenders who weren’t even busy. I was very disappointed with this location on so many levels. Such a shame Hilton could definitely do better! "

"Property is old.. great location ..front desk doesnt know rooms are clean or not.. difficult to get around with luggage. No good food options. No vegan options"

"Needed extra towels, no problem. Waterman Restaurant within easy walking distance, you must try the She Crab soup. "

"There were temporary issues, hot tub was not hot first day, gym was out of order and outdoor pool was out of order."
