"Overhead light not working, side table lamp not working, toilet dripped all night, TV remote had to changed due to not working. This property was oin very poor shape."

"Room had a roach in it. I was told i would receive a refund because i had checked out the room at 2:30am. Still not refund it’s been over a week. Staff just always says the manager isn’t available."

"Staff was great and the room itself was not bad for the price, however, the general state of the hotel, especially hallways and old rugs do not make it inviting."

"Our rooms were clean although missing a pillowcase for the pullout couch and the shower flower mate. The room offered plenty of space and comfortable. The view was very nice. The breakfast had many options and very clean eating area. Breakfast time was from 6:30-9am. It would have been nice to have breakfast until 10am just to cut down the congestion of people right before breakfast was over."

"The room had a very strange chemical smell to it as did the dishes. We booked a room on hotels.com for five people, but the room only had beds for four people to rectify the situation. They recommended we book an additional room. The indoor swimming pool closed at 9 PM, which did not give us time to eat dinner and get to the pool. Also, we checked in at 7:30 PM and the restaurant closed at eight again we could not get there in time for dinner."

"The staff is centered in service and care of their visit. It's a heavenly experience 3 months now for a short stay in my hometown. Daily Ms. Mona brings towels needed or not, daily service with a smile."
