"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"

"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ. Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "
