An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love!

This Safari hotel is great for a family for a vacation. We enjoy staying here for four nights. The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Although this hotel is a bit old, it does not bother our family. Our room can see the animals in the distance which we like the most

What a wonderful experience, to sit on your veranda and watch Giraffes, Rhinos and Wildebeests, and feel completely safe. The room was lovely, and easy access to the Safari Park, and all it had to offer, with the cost already built into the cost of the accommodation for most things. Will easily stay there again, and recommend to others.

This was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed up. To wake up and see animals out of your balcony wow! We highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was good as well, and they made a lot of cute animal dishes. The only one bad thing we'd say is there were some ants in our room. However there were ants in all the rooms we stayed at in Bali. Please stay here, and book early as rooms can fill up

Poor cleaning condition

Atmosphere around the hotel is excellent but hotel facility and cleaning condition is very poor. Insects and bug issues in the hotel could make the room more comfortable to stay. There were few sticky floor area with ants when we got there.

Best Easter Weekend ever! We booked the family room (Kifaru) for 3 adults with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms for 2 nights, which included breakfast with the lions and entrance to the safari park. We attended breakfast right when they opened at 7am due to jet lag and everything was fresh with so many options: both western and eastern cuisines, made to order eggs, pancakes one morning and waffles the next morning, juice bar, fruits, salads, and I even met their head chef…he was eager to talk to me when I told him that I’m a personal chef. Coffee is included except specialty items like mimosas, cappuccinos and lattes but reasonably priced Our room was near the spa/pool. Pool was great with a swim up bar and zebras, wildebeests and rhino are right in front of us. We brought carrots they left for us in our room to get them to come closer. Staff is so nice, helpful, and always eager to assist us with anything. We were so lucky to be able to book breakfast with giraffes, which can only be done at check in at an extra cost and only one guest/family can book each morning (weather permitting). We also booked the night safari package with buffet dinner and fire show…loved this experience too! If you love animals definitely book this place! Better than Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!

Also an sich schönes Hotel aber leider haben die Familienzimmer kein Blick auf die Tiere womit immer geworben wird!Das wussten wir vorher leider nicht somit bringt auch der Korb mit Möhren recht wenig auf dem Zimmer mit den man die Tiere vom Balkon füttern soll und vom Pool aus muss man zu weit werfen denn das haben wir als Antwort bekommen von der Rezpetion.Sehr schade!Der Park an sich ist ähnlich wie der Safari Park in Hodenhagen(Germany) aber schön gemacht.Die Preise dort sind für uns Europäer ok. Das „Löwenrestaurant“ ist eine schöne Idee.Man kann wirklich beim Essen die Löwen beobachten jedoch ist die Atmosphäre dort eher wie in einer Kantine!Und nicht wie in einem Restaurant was auch etwas schade ist.Wir waren 3 Nächte dort.Den Park hat man in einem halben Tag bis ganzen Tag durch.Eine Nacht hätte auch gereicht.Aber von dort kann man auch gut andere Ausflüge starten.

Amazing stay! Stepping out onto the balcony to see zebras, wilderbeast, a rhino, a giraffe and elephants is such a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast is in the lions den! We booked the Night Safari and highly recommend this, we were in a cage, travelling through the safari park feeding animals in the dark. Book a Twiga room for 1st floor rooms with animal view, some of these have connecting rooms whereas the family suites seem to overlook the pool area.

儘管住宿的價位偏高影響了CP值，還是很推薦來體驗一下

櫃檯客服態度不親切；房內設備浴室木板破損很危險，水管阻塞；火舞表演拍照，任由客人毫無秩序插隊缺乏管理！ 儘管有些許缺點，能在房間躺著就能近距離地欣賞動物加分不少，早餐有獅子陪吃飯也很特別。
