"Clean but shower did not drain and backed up into entire bathroom and started to run into room. Called to let them know about problem but not sure they understood drain issue. Cleaned the room up and brought all new towels. But it did it again the next morning when my husband showered. Check out was at 10 am so u could not shower."

"The renovation is beautiful & it's a good location. The free breakfast was great. And we got great service from the receptionists during the say, including a referral to a great tour of the volcano—and a reservation at the private beach club just down the street (where we passed the day between our morning check-out and the late-day shuttle to the airport). Thankful for our stay!"
"Overall a great stay for the price. Saying it’s a 4 star hotel is a bit of a stretch. There was a tiny hole in the ceiling and water damage on some of the floor but the balcony with a view was great. The beach is fantastic and the breakfast is great. Everything gets charged to your room onsite so lunch, dinner, drinks, snacks which is really nice."
