Historic Inns of Annapolis

"The best thing about the property was its location to all the things in Annapolis. Historically the Calvert House has the majority of its rooms that were built in the 1980's so it didn't have the unique feel that maybe the Maryland house might have. The room was clean and quaint but for the price it fell short of the mark. Still centrally located and walking distance to all the places to visit in Annapolis make it worth the extra cash."

"Staff was very helpful. Only about 1/2 mile from Camden yards. Rooms were excellent - large, great beds, showers. Loud after dark. Didn’t feel safe to be out at night. Sketchy area, homeless, panhandlers. Food at hotel subpar"

"Felt welcomed as soon as I came through the door. My room was spacious. The room was clean but there was a very faint smell of oldness. It wasn’t bothersome at all but just shows it’s an old space despite the apparent renovations. I chose to consider it part of the charm. The hotel has a fun vibe and is in an area close to lots of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Baltimore and after visiting town a few times, I enjoyed being here more than some of the hotels in the inner harbor."

"Very friendly staff from the moment you enter the door. Bellhop were super friendly towards me and my children when we got to the hotel and they helped us bring our stuff to our room and when leaving the hotel to go home. Amazing location right next to the harbor. Very updated hotel. Pool was very quiet, could be updated, but no issues. Hot tub was not working."
