"Excelente experiencia. Los beneficios ofrecidos por Expedia fueron cumplidos sin inconvenientes, detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Todo el hotel se mantuvo impecable y un aspecto que realmente marcó la diferencia fue que la limpieza de la habitación se realizó todos los días, lo cual suma muchos puntos y demuestra el compromiso del personal con la comodidad de los huéspedes. El personal en general fue muy amable y atento. Desayunos abundantes y con variedad. Las cenas extraordinarias; las carnes estaban perfectamente preparadas y el ceviche y olla de carne, de los mejores que hemos probado. Otro de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra estancia, el señor Natividad, quien nos acompañó en el tour a caballo. Fue muy gentil, profesional y atento, haciendo que esa experiencia fuera aún más agradable e inolvidable. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente."

"We stayed one night at Hacienda La Pacífica. The amenities, especially the pool, are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. On the morning of our departure, the entire hotel lost its water supply. We had planned to leave early, but we couldn't shower. The staff initially offered us buckets of cold water, which we declined. After breakfast, we were informed that the issue had finally been resolved. Dinner the night before was quite expensive but very good. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast, which didn't match the quality of the dinner and felt overpriced for what was offered"

"My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We traveled to La Fortuna and used a shuttle service that picked us up right from the hotel. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!"
