"This hotel had some awesome aspects! The front desk was amazing!!! They helped so much. Esp Luka. I would have missed my train the next day if he hadn’t told me where to go. Second. The airport shuttle is priceless. The driver was so kind and helpful also. They drove us at 5 am without any questions. Third. The attached restaurant was fantastic abs beautiful. The food was great, service was also great. They also packed a to go breakfast bag because our flight was so early. The room is simple but perfectly neat and clean. The distance from the Milan Centro Train station was much further. I would highly recommend for your overnight stay the first or last day of your trip. The service and food were 5 star!!!"

"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."
