"Friendly staff at check in, very welcoming and provided lots of information. Well lit parking lot. Property is dated but it was clean and fit the needs of our landing spot while exploring AZ. Quick access to the freeway. Did not use the pool/hot tub but the area looked nice. Liked that the hotel rooms had mini fridges and well lit mirrors."

"Doesn’t come with anything unless you ask & then that’s limited. No toaster, hairdryer, coffee pot, etc…. Would only give us 4 towels (we had 4 adults & baby) & not enough chairs in the common areas to sit & then we were told we couldn’t move lobby chairs into kitchen table area even though it’s 10 feet away & we would put them back. "

"I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The floors were visibly dirty upon arrival and through our stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the visit. Overall cleanliness and attention to detail fell far below what I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other DoubleTree locations we’ve stayed at. Room noise from other guest was annoying. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the usual standards and left a lot to be desired."
