Hotels near Hale Centre Theatre

"The property was clean and we liked that it was gated, though you have to park outside the gates. The room was clean and the price was great for us. There isn't much room for clothes storage and no hangers on the road but that was okay for us. They didn't mention if there was pot and pans available to borrow for cooking but again for us it was fine with micro and fridge. I will say there was a faint smell of cat 😺 but it wasn't so bad that it bothered us just noticable and for a pet friendly place it's to be expected. The TV setup was nice in our option. And the shower was good too. Oh also it was quiet, and considering the sold out sign was out both nights, that's awesome. Also this is not against the hotel but don't expect much from the Mexican restaurant next to the hotel, if you need food in your belly, it fine but it's not great. "

"I reserved a non smoking room with a fridge. When I got there the receptionist said there were no rooms like that left. Only a smoking room (Why was I able to reserve one then?). So she said I could get a room without a fridge. I asked for my money back, at which time she said they can’t do that. That was when she started a serious attitude. So I took the room. Went to it and there were 2 large barking dogs in a room right under mine. Along with dog crap all over outside. I went back to the office to complain, and she gave me even more attitude. So I left and slept in my truck that night. Not at all what I wanted after a long day at work. NO APPOLOGY! NO REFUND! Terrible customer service! Terrible experience. I asked for the managers name and number, which she gave me. But it goes to corporate. They told me they don’t deal with such complaints. That I need to deal with the manager of the location. I gave up!! I’ll never use Hotels.com, or Motel 6 again. Plus will definitely tell as many people as I can. "

"Nate was very helpful! Very professional and welcoming! Rooms were comfortable, didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it look clean. Saw guest enjoying their time at the pool. Family room in lobby was also welcoming as I saw families/sports teams enjoy the area. Breakfast was a plus for us, everything was delicious. Will recommend to others. "

"The mattress in our room 115 needs to be replaced, I woke up every morning with a sore lower back, I could hear the springs catch and then spring loose when I changed position. Staff was friendly, the hotel itself is a bit dated but very clean. The continental breakfast was decent. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Overall for the price it was good, just wished the mattress was better."

"Pool was perfect, as was the room. Front desk staff- David, Sandra, and Alyssa- all made the stay first class and were extremely hospitable. Will definitely book here again next time I am in the Valley."
