"Wonderful property and I would absolutely book here again. The hospitality is top notch! The free shuttle service made everything effortless. The location is ideal since it’s exactly half way between Breckenridge and Frisco and conveniently near the Blue River Trail bike path. I loved the hot tub area and the entire property is so walkable. The room was great too. Our suite had a full kitchen, living/dining room and gorgeous bedroom with a view of the mountains off our balcony. The only downsides I have to report on is that the living room tv was hung crooked on the wall (so odd), the shower head was not the best, the bathroom fan was very loud and didn’t seem to actually work, the mattress was too firm, there is only one elevator in the entire building and it was far from our room, and finally if you want your room cleaned and refreshed with towels, you have to ask for it. Fortunately, however, the text messages with the front desk make it super convenient to communicate whatever you need and we did have housekeeping come by after we sent the text. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone wanting to visit the area."

"Great spot right on the river, very convenient to walk downtown. One parking space in the very tight parking garage, and you can stay until 4 pm on the day you check out. The weather in Breck was very pleasant, and thus the room was very comfortable just pulling in outside night air with the box fan. The interior hallways are like an oven, and providing fans to move the air around would be helpful. The pool is always "out of commission" from May to October for renovations (!?), which might matter if you had kids. Front desk staff is very helpful."

"We got there around 10:00 a.m. And had just planned to hang out in town until we could check in, but figured we would also check in at this time because of the parking situation. They did alert us well ahead of time that there was limited parking the hotel and as luck would have it when we went to go check on the parking, our room was pretty much ready and we were allowed to check in early! Everyone was super nice!"
