After about an hour wait they wonderful gal at the front desk and the head of cleaning got us changed to a different room that was absolutely beautiful! It was walking distance to shuttles, restaurants, and the river path. Excellent parking! Would definitely stay here again. Recommend requesting a room on the mountain side of the hotel rather than the highway side of the hotel. Our balcony had a mountain and town view rather than a highway view!"
