"The place was clean, nice, well stocked and check in/out was super easy. One negative if you are renting in the summer -it was very hot and no AC. Having fans going and windows open didnโ€™t help much, just made it very loud. I think the fact itโ€™s above Vendettaโ€™s pizza oven is a contributing factor. Also, since Christiana manages many condos, itโ€™s hard to determine what exactly your condo is like from the listing. But place is great if you are not worried about the heat!"

"Great stay. Great staff. Fabulous breakfast. I stayed at the Arabelle in Vail a few days earlier and the Sonnonalp is the clear winner. The staff are much more helpful and seem to care about providing good service. The hotel has much more character. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Itโ€™s cheaper if you put it on your room tab at the beginning though. They come and clean the rooms every day and restock coffee and leave you a couple of nice chocolate chip cookies. Arabelle did not do any of that which is shocking for a five star. We will be back."

8/10 Good
"This was our second time staying at Tivoli. As always the front desk are great. We even were given a bottle of wine. The only complaint I have is that we were woken up early Wed morning to hotel cleaning staff arguing outside of our room. I had to open the door and peep my head out to get their attention. This was really annoying. Valet parking is $45 a night. It wasn't a big deal but I was unsure why after our concert at the amp I returned to find my car had been moved from the valet lot back to in front of the hotel. This was concerning since we dropped it with valet at 1:30pm and it was not in front of the hotel when we left for the show. No one seemed to know why this was."
