"The check in process was good, this is completed on a screen and though efficient, feels a little impersonal. |The receptionist was friendly but did not speak very good English. The room was a good size, as this faced the nearby road and car park, there was some noise from outside. The room was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed comfortable. We found the room very cold, there should be instructions next the smart panel so that guests can understand how to adjust the heating and air conditioning. Maybe the receptionist should explain this when guests check in, it would have prevented us having a very cold room all night. There was a lot of ice in the car park which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase and not fall over."
