"Lovely stay at the hotel. The only issue we had was that the child menu that we ordered for dinner had run out but we were only told close to an hour later after ordering it (which in itself is quite a wait for food). Surely at the time of order, you know what food is available. The rest of the stay was fabulous, the room was great the swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

"Excellent experience! Enjoyed our stay. My only dislike was that by not booking directly with the hotel we didn't get any updates/info about our stay. Apparently we were meant to book breakfast but we had no info on when and where we were meant to do this. It was also not explained at check In. Also for park tickets we had to check in so we could get hotel staff to print us tickets before entering the park. Overnight stay was very good, beds very comfy, brilliant for kids, and very easy to order pizza take out for dinner. Highly recommend"
