"The Golden rock Inn is a very special place. Up in the cooler rainforest on the side of Nevis Peak, it is a paradise of greenery and tranquility. The grounds are spectacular, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and extremely gracious, it feels like a private hideaway on a hillside with an absolutely, amazing restaurant to boot! We came for several quiet days after a stay at the Four Seasons, and it was the perfect counterpoint to a beautiful stay on Nevis. Highly recommend! "

"The best thing about Hermitage is the cozy bar and Shawn who was friendly and helpful. Lady at the front desk, not so much. "This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors).
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms.
There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast).
