She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! "A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by."

"A truly excellent hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness, decor and transport links. It's a two star, but I suspect if it had a lift it would rank higher. There are only three floors in total and there was a stair lift, if needed, for suitcases etc. The owner is a lovely, friendly and helpful lady and the hotel is directly opposite the train station for Assisi with frequent buses to the old town. I would highly recommend thus hotel. "

"I was walking St Francis Way and stopped at Gubbio. A beautiful small city on the walk to Assisi. The hotel is excellent and the accommodations are superb. Breakfast is also superb. Nothing to complaint about. "
