"Breakfast wasn’t as good as some other Homewoods, hotel was recently remodeled and smelled “new” in the common areas but our room had a funky smell that never went away in the 3 days we were there. Beds were comfy enough and the room was clean, staff was very nice and the coffee was good. We didn’t use the pool or gym. "

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night"

"No pool. AC was fine. TV was the main deficit. You had to put in each channel individually. Couldn’t really channel surf. The bed was so-so."
