"We stayed here during our short stay in Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. One highlight was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was very convenient and easy to use. It made our arrival and departure much less stressful. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, there are good public transport links nearby that can easily take you into the city. We were also lucky that public transport was free during our stay, which made getting around Melbourne even more convenient. The hotel has a slightly dated feel, but the rooms were still clean, which made for a comfortable stay."

THE KITCHEN WAS GREAT, PROVIDING ALL WE NEEDED A NICE PERSONAL CAR PARK BEDDING WAS REALLY COMFORTABLE TOWELS, FACE WASHERS, HAND TOWEL AND BATH MAT ALL PROVIDED CONDITIONER, SHAMPOO, HAND WASH AND BODY LOTION ALL THERE FOR US. EVERYTHING 5 STAR UNTIL WE STEPPED INTO THE SHOWER AND THE SHOWER HEAD WASN'T GIVING US PROPER WATER STREAM AND COULDN'T HOLD UP STRAIGHT. VERY DIFFICULT TO SHOWER."

"In my view, this establishment has well maintained its high standards Apart from the friendly and efficient reception staff, my room was impeccably clean. Most pleasing was the well prepared and presented evening meal. The eye fillet was exactly cooked to my request for medium. My only suggestion would be that the mashed potato base would been less stogey with the use of such as Kennebec. A happy stay after a long flight."
