Common areas were very nice and worth of a 4-star hotel. The room was average. The bathroom was definitely not a 4-star hotel bathroom.

Staff were incredibly helpful at all hours of the day or night when needed. Just a 15 minute walk away from the metro so perfect to get into Milan. Room condition was perfect. Only complaint would be that in the area local to the hotel there is nothing to do and all restaurants seemed closed most of the time but with just a couple stops away from the city centre it really didn't matter.

"This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for ..."
