"Property looked great in pictures, fairly decent upon arrival. The main disappointment was that there was absolutely no one present in the whole property when we arrived. We had to call a phone number and wait until the receptionist arrived and took us to our room. The restaurant was not open and so was the spa. The property and room were fair but we would not recommend this place at all for the absolute lack of service availability."

"I had found it difficult to work out exactly where it was and when we got there where reception was as there were two signs pointing in different directions. However the receptionist was very nice and carried my bag. The whole site is set out beautifully and I loved the garden. The room was good. We had lovely weather. It might be less agreeable in rain.
