"The pillows was very hard to use. Bathroom does not have a light. Blanket not comfortable to use, it was those heavy blaket. We were given a plastic teaspoon to use. They ask us how much did we paid before they gave us a room. But they welcomed us. They were so friendly. "

"Extremely disappointing experience. Check-in was handled by unorganized staff who didn't know which room was mine and initially downgraded me from an Executive Room to a budget room. When I finally got into the Executive Room after 30 minutes, it was falling apart—mold on the walls, broken furniture, and an unsecured back door leading outside with no key. I felt so unsafe and disgusted that I left under the pretense of getting dinner and checked into another hotel. I have never abandoned a...

"Located 1 minute from the Phalaborawa Gate, this is an excellent location for visiting the Northern Part of Kruger National Park. The included breakfast was excellent and evening dinners had a great selection at reasonable prices. Dining is outside under the South African stars. The room was large with a great view into the wild. I would highly recommend staying here on a Safari Journey."
