As the sign says, 7 years under construction! I’d say that they must be close! Nice team. Nice updates rooms. Beautiful sunrise over the bay. Been traveling across north Wisconsin and the UP for 2 years Definitely the top of our Escanaba list! Well done Terrace Bay!

Can’t wait to see the renovations when they are complete. Our stay was rough with the room above us screaming and fighting and slamming doors making ours shake until 3 am with nothing being done about it. The restaurant was what saved the stay this time. We’re hoping the addition will have some better sound proofing!

I've stayed in quiet. Few of hotels in escanaba and surrounding areas and this by far is the best stay I have had. I've returned twice and will continue to stay here if I come back again.

My stay at Terrace Bay is always amazing! I have never had one single bad stay. I stay at Terrace Bay hotel at least 3 times a year and every stay is nothing but the best. I always get a lake view room and the view never disappoints. I enjoy waking up and being able to watch the amazing sunrise right from my window. The staff here are always so friendly and very helpful when needed. I appreciate when they check in to see how things are going. This was my friend’s first time going and they both had very good things to say. The pool and hot were nice but the only downfall was they both appeared to have a lot of chlorine.

It was our first time staying here and now it definitely wont be the last. Beautiful accommodating rooms, especially for our family of 5. We loved that the pool area also had a sauna. Can't wait for our next stay.

We loved the suite, beautiful room. The walls were a little thin. Being on a romantic couples weekend, we were VERY conscious about that. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Room was nice! However- I paid cash for 6 bottles of water, and they charged me for 2 of the bottles- specifically after I asked to pay cash for them. I called to question the charge- and they declined to remove it. Said they had no record of purchase for 4 bottles. Error in their end resulted in a charge on my card. Although a minimal charge- exhibits bad business practices. And, now makes me question trustworthiness of staff.

The staff are always so welcoming and inviting when arriving at the hotel! I love that they text you throughout your stay to check in to see how things are going! The rooms are always clean and beds are always nicely made! It seems my friend and I have stayed in the same room for the last three visits!! We always get a lake view room and will forever love the view!! Staff are always so friendly when I see them through my stay!! If you are in need of a nice hotel for a weekend getaway, this is the hotel for you!!

Cute spot to check out, the restaurant was phenomenal and on spot for prices. Staff was friendly. The rooms well just renovated, new floor no carpet and all outlets worked. Clean rooms and beds were on the firmer side & the bed sheets were new had that roughness feel.
